This study proposes a Smart O&M system for solar thermal systems using machine learning technology. The system consists of a real-time monitoring and data acquisition system, and a fault detection and prediction model. The real-time monitoring and data acquisition system uses sensors to collect and transmit data. The fault detection and prediction model uses machine learning algorithms to predict faults and predict the performance of the solar thermal system. The system can be used to optimize the performance of the solar thermal system, reduce fault and repair costs, and improve the efficiency of maintenance.
