This study aims to analyze the place experience of visitors to The Literary Village of Kim You Jeong and explore its potential as a therapeutic landscape. A total of 754 reviews from Google and Naver were collected and analyzed using text network analysis, including keyword analysis, degree centrality analysis, betweenness centrality analysis, and multidimensional scaling analysis.
The analysis revealed that the literary village of Kim You Jeong serves as a place where visitors can have literary experiences through the writer Kim You Jeong’s birthplace, relics, and works exhibited. It also functions as a healing landscape away from the bustling city, a place of joy for travel, family, and romantic outings, and a site to understand and reminisce about the 1930s.
The literary village of Kim You Jeong is evolving as a networked place facilitating diverse activities. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, it has expanded beyond literary experiences to become a site of therapeutic mobility, highlighting its significance as a healing place.
