This study, we divided into an exercise group (walking for 30 minutes three times a week) and a non-exercise group with and without wearing sneakers equipped with a frequency device of 18 Hz, and analyzed the changes in walking and body balance over 16 weeks to verify the effect. I want to do it. The subjects of the study were a total of 64 men and women (in their 40s to 60s) located in Seoul. The exercise group included 15 people walking for 30 minutes three times a week (15 people wearing vibrating sneakers (18 Hz), 15 people not wearing sneakers, and the non-exercise group (vibrating shoes) 15 people walking for 30 minutes three times a week. The study results were divided into 15 people wearing sneakers (18 Hz) and 19 people not wearing sneakers. 29.0) Analysis was performed using a statistical program, and the mean ( M) and standard deviation ( SD) of all variables were calculated. The significance level for all statistical analyzes was set at α=.05, and the research results are as follows.
Walking for 30 minutes three times a week compared to the non-exercise group. In the exercise group, there was an average change in walking and body balance in the group that wore vibrating sneakers (18 Hz) compared to the group that did not wear vibrating sneakers. It is believed that walking while wearing vibrating shoes (18 Hz) is helpful for exercise effectiveness. Based on these results, it is expected to be used as basic data for future exercise program research or development.
