The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in Self-management according to the level of anaerobic capacity in adolescent soccer players. Based on data from 166 participants who were finally selected, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and one-way ANOVA were performed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 statistical program, and the following results were derived. First, the results of analyzing the differences in self-management according to the fatigue index level of youth soccer players showed no statistically significant differences. Second, the results of analyzing the differences in self-management according to the average power level of youth soccer players showed statistically significant differences in the training management, interpersonal relationship management, personal routine management, and physical conditioning management factors. The upper group had higher scores than the middle group in training management and physical conditioning, and the upper group had higher scores than the middle and lower groups in interpersonal relationship management. Third, the results of analyzing the differences in self-management according to the maximum power level of youth soccer players showed statistically significant differences in the personal routine management and physical conditioning management factors, and the upper group had higher scores than the middle group in both factors.
