    Quantum information processing, characterized by quantum superposition, entanglement, and the coherence of quantum states, is emerging as a groundbreaking technology that utilizes the power of quantum computation. Quantum image processing, in particular, capitalizes on these unique quantum capabilities to enable advanced image processing tasks that go beyond the reach of classical methods. However, existing algorithms encounter several challenges, including difficulties with verification and reconstruction, the undefined nature of RGB color space in quantum states. This paper presents a methodology for efficiently representing the positional and color information of digital images of varying sizes while preserving the properties of the digital image space, thereby ensuring compatibility between digital and quantum domains. The proposed method has been validated for robustness through Qiskit quantum simulations and experimental trials on the IonQ quantum cloud platform, demonstrating its effectiveness and compatibility with both digital and quantum domains.
