This study aims to quantitatively analyze the impact of green remodeling on actual building operation. Green remodeling is recognized as one of the important methods to improve the energy performance of existing buildings. However, the evaluation of energy saving effects after green remodeling is not properly conducted. Therefore, this research proposed a method to analyze the energy saving effects of Energy Conservation Measures(ECMs) based on actual energy consumption and analyzed the heating and cooling energy saving effects of window replacement. The analysis revealed that the actual heating and cooling energy consumption decreased in most buildings after green remodeling. The replacement of windows resulted in a decrease in cooling energy consumption due to the change in SHGC and heating energy consumption due to the change in U-value. However, there was a discrepancy between the actual energy savings and the predicted energy savings. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to the promotion and activation of green remodeling.
