In Osaki Midori(1896-1971)'s representative work "Wandering in the Seventh Sense World", a very universal theme emerges, that would be relevant to anyone grappling thoughts concerning the concept of time. As a modern female writer, I wish to focus on Midori's depiction of her projection the part that she wanders in agony onto 'I'. 'I' aspires to write a great poem that can resonate with the Seventh Sense World. However, she had to go to Tokyo on her grandmother’s orders and serve the three brothers, and thus, could not devote time to her creative pursuit for a long time. As a female writer, 'I' felt burdened and alienatied from having to write in a male-centered society, which was fraught with restrictions. 'I' have a desire for love emotions. However, the suppression is also achieved at the same time. This is because dating at the time was strongly associated with childbirth. It can be said that Midori, though sought to express gender equality and transcendence, and a longing for free literary activities that were not restricted by. Humans perceive the world through various senses. However, through 'I', Midori sought to view the world synesthetically and reorganize thinking by wandering through the sensory world. The four rooms in the house are devised as places of senses, and the work of making new discoveries is repeated everyday through different worlds. I identified as the flâneur of the sensory world. In Japan's rapidly changing modern society, we can find a woman who wants to find a way to live and work hard.
