본 연구는 대학생의 창업동기가 창업의도에 미치는 영향 및 창업동기와 창업의도의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 연구 대상은 중국 대학생 260명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석 방법으로는 SPSS 23.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 신뢰도 분석과 요인분석, 빈도분석, 상관분석, 기술통계, 회귀분석, 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 대학생의 창업동기 하위요인인 기회동기, 성취동기와 독립동기는 창업의도에 유의미한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 창업동기는 창업의도에 84.9% 설명력이 확인되었다. 둘째, 창업동기는 창업의도에 미치는 영향에서 자기효능감이 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생의 창업의도는 창업동기에 영향을 많이 받고 있는데이를 반영하여 대학교에서 창업동기를 높일 수 있는 혁신 창업 교육과정을 개설할 필요가 있다. 또한, 자기효능감이 창업동기와 창업의도간의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타나, 대학생의 창업의도를 향상하는데 창업동기뿐만 아니라 자기효능감의 증진을 위해서는 자기효능감 강화를 위한 멘토링 프로그램 도입이 필요하다. 본 연구 결과는 대학생의 창업의도 향상을 위한 실천적 개입 방안 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.
The study identifies the effect of university students' entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intention and verifies the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention. The subjects were 232 university students in China. Reliability analysis, factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, regression analysis, and moderated regression analysis were conducted using the SPSS 23.0 statistical program. As a result, first, it was confirmed that opportunity motivation, motivation for achievement and independent(sub-factors of entrepreneurial motivation) had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurial motivation was confirmed to have 84.9% explanatory power in entrepreneurial intention. Second, self-efficacy was found to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention. Therefore, entrepreneurial intention of university students is greatly influenced by entrepreneurial motivation, and it is necessary to open an innovative start-up reverse curriculum that can increase entrepreneurial motivation at universities. Additionally, since self-efficacy appears to have a mediating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention, it is necessary to introduce a mentoring program to strengthen self-efficacy.
