Industrial facilities are essential infrastructure that support manufacturing, logistics, and commerce, and play a key role in regional and national development. As facilities are aging and spatial imbalances are becoming more pronounced, the need for systematic management at the city level is growing. However, comprehensive trend analysis in this area is still limited. This study examined the research trends in the planning and management of industrial buildings in the field of urban and architectural studies in Korea. The results of the study showed that the research volume has generally increased since 2014, indicating continued interest and research. The TF-IDF analysis shows that keywords for research dealing with practical complexity, risk management, and construction efficiency are the main keywords in the field of industrial architecture. This study provides a basic understanding of the urban-architectural field of industrial architecture and suggests future research directions.
