In recent years, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has worked to exploit women's skills and creative abilities to activate their participation in senior administrative positions, especially university positions, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030. Therefore, this study seeks to know the degree of application of organizational factors and administrative empowerment and the relationship among female leaders at Umm Al-Qura University in light of sustainable development. The researcher used the comprehensive social survey method for female administrative and academic leaders at Umm Al-Qura University, numbering 150. The study concluded that female leaders within the university enjoy a high degree through their application of the organizational factors included in the study, their commitment to the university's regulations and instructions, and their ability to communicate and work as a team. The study also found that administrative empowerment and delegation of authority to women at the university showed high results through women‘s good management, teamwork, strong relationships with their employees, and sound management. This study revealed the impact of women leaders and their role in sustainable development in their work environment. The researcher recommended exploring the procedures and laws that hinder organizational factors and administrative empowerment of women leaders in Saudi universities. It is also recommended to adopt institutional frameworks that directly address structural obstacles and to implement best practices for gender-inclusive leadership. Also, highlighting them will help present them to decision-makers and consider them.
