    Remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) is a non- contact method for acquiring physiological signals by detecting subtle chromatic variations in facial regions. While conventional Spatio-Temporal maps (STmaps) effectively represent temporal dynamics, their spatial structuring often lacks physiological plausibility. To address this limitation, this study proposes a novel physiologically-guided STmap generation method that reconstructs facial regions along the actual blood flow direction (chin to forehead), thereby effectively integrating temporal context with a physiologically relevant spatial structure. Furthermore, to leverage complementary information from STmaps derived from different color spaces (RGB and YUV), we introduce a 2D CNN architecture incorporating a Cross-STmap Attention module. Evaluations on public rPPG datasets (PURE, UBFC-rPPG) demonstrate that our proposed approach achieves superior heart rate estimation performance compared to conventional STmap-based methods.
