초록·키워드
The purpose of this study was to examine whether the 6-week training using the Bulgarian bag was effective in improving the lower extremity anaerobic power, muscle thickness, and movement stability of Taekwondo players and to suggest a new training method for active Taekwondo players. The research method was to select 14 male players registered as Taekwondo players by the Korea Taekwondo Association, and 12 players participated, excluding those who were injured or did not participate. The lower extremity anaerobic power was measured using the Wingate bicycle ergometer, and the muscle thickness was measured using an ultrasonic measuring device. Movement stability was divided into static stability and dynamic stability, and static stability was applied to the 7 methods of the FMS(Fuctional Movement Screen) that are related to the movement of the lower extremity muscles (deep squat, hurdle step, inline lunge), and the YBT(Y-Balance Test) was evaluated for dynamic movements. The 6-week program was composed of a gradual increase in load at 3-week intervals, and the SPSS 29.0 program was used for results processing. The paired t-test was used to confirm the exercise effect, and the statistical significance level was set at α=.05. The results of this study showed that the 6-week Bulgarian back training of Taekwondo Kickboxers significantly improved the functional effects of lower limb anaerobic power, including peak power, average power, peak power per body weight, and average power per body weight, and that the thickness of all muscle groups of the quadriceps femoris, the rectus femoris, the vastus medialis, and the vastus lateralis muscles significantly increased. In addition, it was found that static deep squats, hurdle steps, and inline lunges for movement stability and YBT for dynamic stability were all significantly effective. It is expected that Bulgarian back training for Taekwondo Kickboxers will have a positive effect on improving athletic performance.
