    In this study, FEMS (Factory Energy Management System) data and the FOM (Factory Operation Management) solution were integrated to support energy-efficient operations and performance improvement in manufacturing. Traditional MES or manual data had limitations in linking productivity with energy use. By applying a 4M1E-based multidimensional analysis framework, energy-related KPIs were structured, including KPI Code #5100 (monthly electricity usage) and KPI Code #5200 (electricity or CO₂ per production unit). Actual data from J Industry Co., Ltd. was used to evaluate energy consumption, cost, and emissions, and additional KPIs Code (#5300, #5400, #5500) were verified using simulation data. This integration enables data-driven insights into operational losses and provides a practical tool for factory operation management.
