Linguistic structuralism is the study of the formal structure of language and how that structure conveys meaning. Recently, attempts to clarify its relationship with architectural design have also been continuously increasing, but theoreticalanalysis of the linguistic structure of visualization is relatively insufficient. From this perspective, this study presents amethodology to understand the relationship of architectural design elements based on the theory of linguistic structuralism andto more effectively understand and convey architectural design mechanisms through this. It explores the applicability of linguisticstructuralism analysis in the visualization of architectural design, analyzes how linguistic rules and structures affect architecturaldesign and visualization, and seeks ways to enhance the clarity and communication of architectural visualization. In addition, itexplores the role of the semiotic mechanism that converts the linguistic characteristics of architecture (form, function, spatialcomposition, etc.) into visual expression through structural analysis of data related to architectural design, thereby providing atheoretical basis for how the formal and functional properties of architecture interact with linguistic structures and suggesting anew approach to the visualization of architectural design.
