The rapid development of internet information technology has increased interest in e-trade these days, but it is not activated greatly up to now. especially, Building efficient National Export- Import National Logistics Information System which is based on the infrastructure of the past trade automation system is key point of promoting e-trade. In order to promote e-trade & National Export-Import Logistics Information System, it is essential to constructive process such as connecting systems among trade & logistics related parties. therefore, this paper attempts to investigate problems of current logistics system and draw suggestions in applying e-trade which may result in the efficiency and productivity on National Export-Import Logistics Information System in Korea. At this point of view, after this paper has examined the process of e-trade and the situation of National Export-Import Logistics Information System, it draw several key obstacle problems related with e-trade considering the current National Export-Import Logistics Information System. On the basis of the theoretical study, this paper classified the problems into 5 fields, which are connection with separated National Export-Import Logistics Information System, the usage level of logistics information system, the collaboration of shipper-liner-freight forward, the digital divide, logistics information standardization.
