In Jo-seon dynasty, some poets collected classical poetry from ancient verses to poetry of his lifetime. They sometimes described writing situation of a poem or adds his critical comments on these poetry. One of them is Ji-bong, Yi Sugwang(芝峰 李?光:1563-1628). His collection, the Munjangbu(文章部) of Jibongyuseol(芝峰類說) shows not only vast classical poetry but selecting criterion. Also the Munjangbu contains various other comments and peculiar his reviews. So that, we can read classical poetry and understand classical criticism through the Munjangbu.But much to regret, the Munjangbu was written in classical chinese. Most reader are easy to rely on guidance of translator. In that point, there is a need today for good translation. the Munjangbu was translated into korean by Nammanseong(南晩星). This translation have had a great affection to researcher and general readers since 1975. Despite these circumstances, the translation of Nammanseong presents mistranslation not a little. This translation confused similar Chinese figures, and added/ omitted letters. In addition, It mistranslated contrary to contextual meaning. Some sentences of this translation is vague or uncertain. Occasionally, there are partial mistranslation and omission. Thus, these mistranslation have to corrected. Futhermore, there is a need for good translation and supporting system for good translation.
