The purpose of this study is to analyze the ethnography of the characteristics of high school after college scholastic ability test in the aspects of three categories: the research was conducted through participant observation and in-depth interview with 7 high school teachers. the results are as follows:First, both teachers and students wish to escape from the school. Second, while teachers are much tied in doing job related with graduation and remaining entrance examination, students get loose and idle away their free time.Third, teachers job have to deal with in a short time increases excessively. teachers, therefore, feel under job stress caused by excessive work and interference by coworkers.Fourth, teachers have fewer opportunities to associate with school personnels, thus causing problems in human relations.
