Han, Yong Woon lived his lifetime of whole man as a poet, revolutionist, and buddhist monk. He was a rightful man who had been patient of the worldly contradiction with the paradoxical way. This article is to consider a view of the paradoxical world in Han, Yong Woon’s poetry. It connects with the view of dialectic world.Han, Yong Woon’s Nim(meaning of lover) exists through the paradoxical principle. Nim has concealment and revelatory nature simultaneously. He had intense aspirations that Nim as truth would appear on this world. Also, a paradoxical reason which he pursued has much interrelationship with Buddhist doctrine. He gain the deeps of the paradoxical reason on the basis of Buddhist truth.?The Nim’s silence? included a disciplinant’s training course to seek a truth-self after throwing away an untruthful-self. The paradoxical reason for the absent Nim is a course of seeking after truth capable of overcoming an untruthful world. ?The Nim’s silence? contains a literary work and a philosophical deeps. There is no need to set limits only to a buddhist existence about his ‘Nim-oriented’. ‘Nim’ of Han, Yong Woon is his fatherland, lover, people, and truth. Finally, Han, Yong Woon reached a stage of a grand glorification for Nim to overcome an situation of an absent Nim.
