This article was written to study on the Description Skill in Landscape Poetry of Yin-Geng. Yin-Geng(?-?) is one of famous Poets in landscape Poetry at Liang(梁) and Chen(陳) Dynasty and his Poetry was the best of his age compared with He-Xun. Yin-Geng's Landscape Poetry have the most outstanding parts in his Poetry, and the features of Poetry was clear and fresh, and very mature in form, also can be summarized as that :The first, Yin-Geng's wasn't of noble origin, and his government process was not very successful. So his landscape Poetry was a part of the expression of his life, that many contemplation can be imported in his landscape Poetry. This thought can offered his landscape Poetry some of Quiet, Delicacy, Lonesome styles. The second, Yin-Geng traveled many beautiful places, especially South-China, and this experience offered him product inspiration of Landscape Poetry and also he expressed Gracefulness and Natural style in his Poetry. One of main theme in his landscape Poetry is 'The screen of River', and this emotional experience made him express more clear and fresh style in his Poetry. The third, In Liang(梁) and Chen(陳) Dynasty, the embellishment of expression was generally admitted in poetic composition, and Yin-Geng also was under influenced of the stream of the times. But Yin-Geng used in compliance with regulation and with felicity in each Poetry sentences so that his Poetry have much of special character in compare with another contemporary Poets. Yin-Geng had a intense feeling to nature, and he tried to harmonize natural beauty and poetic composition. This kind of consciousness can be expressed in his landscape Poetry, and so his landscape Poetry can be regarded as the specific character of Liang(梁) and Chen(陳) Dynasty. Yin-Geng's Landscape Poetry can be referenced a very important and representative model of Liang(梁) and Chen(陳) Dynasty, and also have powerful influence to next generation Poets.
