This paper is a study on the loan-words and notations in the Korean textbooks and the understanding of them among Korean teachers. Korean teachers seem to have a basic understanding of loan-words, but, at the same time, take into consideration loan-words and notations that can be seen in the real world. In the case of textbooks, there was a strong opinion that they should include orthography words, Likewise in the case of social network services(SNS) where orthography words were not yet established, it was highly suggested that they should be written in Hangeul. This seems to be due to the norms and formalities of the textbooks. On the other hand, there is a tendency to use loan-words in writing on the blackboard and teacher's spoken languages rather than loan-words, and even to write on the blackboard in English rather than Hangul. This seems to be due to the actuality of loan-words. In other words, it can be seen that the textbook preserves the normality but the actual teaching considers the actuality in the real world at the same time.
