Despite the global diffusion of K-Food+ and growing interest in slow-aging dietary trends, digital localization strategies that integrate generative AI (GAI), search engine optimization (SEO), and digital healthcare remain underexplored. Grounded in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this study examined how persona accuracy, SEO keyword relevance, and healthcare integration affect content acceptance and purchase conversion intention in the context of K-Food+ marketing. An explanatory sequential mixed methods design was employed, combining an exploratory analysis of platform-based text and log data from 18 countries with a survey of 300 adult consumers. The results showed that persona accuracy, SEO keyword relevance, and healthcare integration had significant positive effects on both content acceptance and purchase conversion intention. However, the direct effect of content acceptance on purchase conversion intention was not statistically supported. In addition, the persona-plus-SEO strategy showed the highest click-through performance among the tested content strategies. These findings suggest that the convergence of GAI, SEO, and digital healthcare has practical potential for K-Food+ localization marketing. Given the exploratory nature of this study, future research should employ larger multinational samples and more rigorous validation models, including structural equation modeling.
