The basic purpose of this paper finds out the development plan of Community welfare coalition system and looks for the plan for a coalition network between government and voluntary sector including non private organization(NPO) and NGO. For this purpose, this paper focuses on the following.
First, the paper monitors function of the existing Community welfare coalition system.
Second, the paper finds out the theoretical background for development of the public and voluntary sector.
Third, the paper looks for the improvement methods for the more well functioning of Community welfare coalition system fitting in Korea.
Finally, the paper focuses on the device for the desirable relationship between the government and voluntary sector and the meaningful role of the two sectors of the successful fixing of Community welfare coalition system in Korea.
