Almost all disciplines are enormously advancing qualitatively and increasing quantitatively as time goes on. Even the highly advanced scholars has difficult times to understand what's going on in other fields of the same discipline and how related with their specified study areas. This paper present a integral model what has come to be called the Integral Approach, more specifically, the AQAL model which is elaborated by Ken Wilber. For it is believed that his AQAL model is one of the most comprehensive and integrated frame among the other models, at least at this time.
This paper, firstly, introduced the Wilber's AQAL model and 'Integral Methodological Pluralism' which is fundamental and irreducible methodologies or paradigms for gaining reproducible knowledge, and then focused on the criteria of validation. Also, it was introduced that several anticipated positive changes in medicine and business if adopted Wilber's AQAL model.
