Regional financial institution plays really a role like the heart of mankind in the regional economy. Regional financial institution gathers idle money to make industry fund in it. And it creates several times its amount to supply regional industry sufficient credit. So it plays the role to vitalize regional economy.
Our country confronted financial crisis October in 1997. And then we carried out structural reform in financial department, industry department, public department and labor department to overcome the crisis. In financial structural reform, many financial institutions in it was disappeared by withthrowal and M&A. Consequently the fund in it was decreased. The industry in it would confront the crisis of default many times.
In this study I not only analysised structural fragility but also presented the improvement programs of it.
I presented - ① to recover the function of regional financial institution ② to protect regional financial institution ③ augmentation of relationship loan on small industry ④ financial fund management for regional economy's development ⑤ to introduce evaluation system for enhancement in regional contribution service - to improve the regional finance.
