This article scrutinizes the possibility of the social enterprise for the elderly people. The purpose of this article is to present strategies building the social enterprise which is one of the alternatives for developing the senior employment program. The senior employment program is the most important policy for the elderly people because it provides job positions for the retired and also income stability for the old who lost economic security form their families and business companies. The social enterprise which is looking for the new job positions for the elderly people is a benefit for the old and the community. For the elderly people who are looking for jobs, the social enterprise could not only provide employment training and job skills also make profit from the market sector. For the community, the social enterprise provides the profit made form the market to the community services to create new jobs for the elderly people.
