Because adolescence is important time to navigate career, plan and determine their own future, it’s important to make environment in which to achieve their own career development autonomously for youth. But in cases of poverty youth, career decision problem is even more serious because our society lurk with social risks such as poverty and disparities. Most studies of social science research what studied the career of youth give us that socio-economic status is an important background factor. And research results showed that low socioeconomic status youth has low achieving career development as well as academic. This is main factor to poverty youth because economic strength of the family is associated with job acquisition and income about career maturity.
It has been said if young people have no dreaming, there is no future. So this research will investigate about cause that change, makes giving up the career maturity of adolescents with these questions such as how teenagers are dreaming any dream about their future? also what should our society do for realize that dream? To achieve these research objectives we will conduct subject analysis used in qualitative research to 10 youths in order to compare poverty youth and non-poverty youth. By based on the research results, it can provide systematic and comprehensive career preparation service support measures what corresponding to characteristics of poverty youth. Futhermore, it can help train person of talent who contribute to Korea society and economy. And this research has significance of these things.
