In this research the energy saving technology of drying natural gas from water vapour is presented. The experimental device was tested at the station of gas processing plants in Mubarak gas processing plant in Uzbekistan. The adsorption capacity of mesoporous high-silica zeolite with high sorption properties lubricated under static conditions was studied. In addition to that the depth of drying of natural gas from water vapour was studied under dynamic conditions based on oiled high sorption mesoporous high silica zeolite. Also, the dynamic capacity of high sorption properties was studied, which resulted in the loss of moisture in the dried gas. The condition of the steam drying units was tested several times on mesoporous high-silica zeolite-activated carbon with high sorption properties. Mesoporous high-silica zeolite and activated carbon with high sorption properties were analyzed in a steam drying unit after two years. The test results showed that the mesoporous high silica zeolites with high sorption properties should be replaced with new ones because the sensitivity of the high mesoporous high silica zeolites to moisture is reduced.
