From the past to the present day, not only the manufacturing industry but also the construction industry have been playing major roles for the economic growth of Korea. In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, construction industry will play an important role because it is directly connected to the convenience and safety of our lives. Quality management is essential for producing superior quality. Uncovering quality management excellent companies and distributing good cases in the field of construction could give an opportunity to the growth of our industrial economy. The purpose of this study is to suggest an improvement plan through the government reward system based on the government quality policy in order to find out the excellent quality management company in the field of construction industry.
This study proposes the following to find excellent quality management company in the field of construction industry. The first way is to increase the number of rewards for industry. The second is that quality is important in industry, and the government should develop quality policy by making law separately. Finally, it is to make the construction sector in the quality management raward system. If these proposals are implemented, it is expected that the status of industry and construction industry will become even higher.
