This study aims to examine the change of the awareness of Presidential Archives and Records before and after the impeachment by analyzing User Frame. For achieving the goal of this study, prior studies of frame analysis were reviewed and tweets of Presidential Archives and Records before and after the impeachment were collected. This study conducted analysis of Twitter and News extracted from Twitter using User Frame and determined the differences between each Frame over time. To analyse User Frame of the tweets, this study proposed five types of frames: Responsibility, Human interest, Conflict, Morality, and Legal Issue. Finally, it found that the Legal Issue frame was more meaningful than the other frames. This study is meaningful in that it analyzed the frame changes in Presidential Records and Archives on the issue of impeachment, and that the general public perceived the interest and legal curiosity of the presidential records and archives.
