The new method was developed for repeated blood collection by only one needle injection without any other preparation as anesthesia or surgery. Briefly introducing the method, a 24-gage catheter was inserted into the lateral tail vein and the other side of catheter was cut after the inner metal needle was pulled. After blood was collected, the end ofcatheter was plugged with rubber cap and was filled with anticoagulant such as heparin solution and was flushed catheter with anticoagulant. In next sampling work, the plug was removed and first 2 drops were thrown away for discard. Then, collect blood as much as wanted into the tube.
