Microsoft Excel is a versatile application with the very strong features to the calculating and the analyzing. So it can manage the relatively complex system to the calculating.
In the process of making a spreadsheet, we can get to numerous errors or may have to silly mistakes and often did not aware to the ones that can help us to processing of spreadsheets faster and more compact.
Over the years working with Microsoft Excel I have collected and researched hundreds of tips, That help us to the convenient and effective working with this application. Because of the limited framework of the article so I criticized three of tips to introduce readers.
Microsoft Excel is an application program running in the Windows environment for managing and processing data in the form of tables. It is relevant to the management of human resources, materials, finance, points ... in agencies, enterprises, schools ..
However, Excel is an application very versatile, not only allows users to easily implement a simple problem quickly but allows them to use these functions to calculate and analyze powerful to control management systems is relatively complex calculations. Moreover, Excel allows managers can perform monitoring and analysis without having to depend on data management systems.
Strength of the spreadsheet is increasingly enhanced with features supported:
Special features.
Macro for calculating the auto-setup function and use code;
Technology of work (workbook) allows saving multiple spreadsheet link each other;
Visual Basic for Aplications provide a language consistent with other Microsoft applications.
Ability to exchange data with other applications;
Additional software such as Solver to determine the goals and optimize work;
The package of support services such as Financial CAD, @ RISK or Crystal Ball.
Many people are using Excel today only know how to use the basic features such as creating spreadsheets with simple calculations and basis functions, the formula is not too complex. Very few documents referring to the procedure when working with Excel spreadsheets so users having difficulties in managing and processing data, not high performance.
During teaching and work, I have researched and Collectibles is a few hundred tricks when working with Excel spreadsheets. Please be sharing some tips with readers.
