The purpose of this study is analyzed the process of the change of the human rights discussion and the human rights movement organizations in Korea. The outline of the study is divided into the analysis of the discussion surrounding the notion of the human rights and the analysis of the contents in the human rights movement according to the change of the discussion.
The notion of the human lights in Korea has been changed by the structural factors and special accidents. The structural factors are the change of repressive degree through the experience of despotic power, the change of regime, the activation of the civil society, and the extension of the international arguments of the human rights.
A content analysis in the human rights movement is divided into two parts. One is the analysis of the action contents in the present time and the other is analysis historical contemplation about the origin and growth of human rights movement. Wearing the character of an anti-government fighting, the human rights movement in Korea have started but it was gradually differentiated in order to resist the violence of the nation specially.
