In most of rural areas of Korea small town centers which comprises market, service activities and local government offices and commercial facilities and housing facilities are centers of urban activities and used for the exchange of goods.
This paper investigates Damyang town center of activity population in main street sides of town center, building construction activities, road system, various types of activities and makes up a question. This paper is a study of urban activities. Some of findings are :
Damyang town center of activities very limited primary services of eating houses, repair shop, educational facilities, and a lot of housing building are located Damyang town center in case study area. Case study area has a small population, limits the movement of population in the main street sides.
Land use patterns and urban activities are showing typical characteristics and layout patterns in terms of settlements.
