Korean Christian cyber community has been enlarged rapidly, At present this study shows that over 80,000 Korean Christian communities have registered in cyber space, Cyber communities have been evolved spontaneously at an increasing rate, The purpose of the study is to analyze the structural characteristics of enlarging Christian cyber community in Korea, To measure the structure of Christian cyber community, the questionaire(Chang, 2001) consists of 6 major factors or characteristics: The nature of network, trust, reciprocity, social norm, communal capital, and social agency, Each characteristics contains 10 specific items, This study uses survey methods, The data was collected from the behavior of usage of Christian college and theological students and statistically analyzed by using frequency, The findings of the study are as follows: First, the characteristics of Christian networks are shown two kinds, 1) Members of cyber community show strong solidarity, 2) They develop strong ties among members through continuous time investment. Secondly, trust among members is very solid and strong. Thirdly, reciprocity is very higher among members by sharing information and goods. Fourth, social norms are characterized by cooperative relationships, no punishment mechanism, and conventional tacit. Fifth, communal capital or social capital has been finally bunt on frequent interchange of information among members. Finally, cyber community functions as a strong social agency. Most members feel that they identify their Christian community as their affinity, which functions as social capital. In conclusion, Korean Christian cyber communities reflect real social community. Their structure is fractal. They shows strong ties in network structure, which functions as Christian social capital. They showly evolve to the closely identifying community from the loosely knitted anonymous community.
