This paper is about the establishment of authentic author of Cheonheedangsihwa which is one of the most important poetics at Korea in 1900s. It had been appeared anonymously in The Korea Daily News from November 09, 1909 to December 04, 1909. Cheonheedangsihwa was contained in Shin Chae-ho's Complete Works which was published at Hyungseul publishing company in the year of 1977. But there was not satisfactory discussion about it - the establishment of authentic author of Cheonheedangsihwa at that time. And the issue who wrote Cheonheedangsihwa, has been still involved in the vortex of discussion.
I have especially concern about Yoyi in Cheonheedangsihwa. It's author asserted that Korean(Hangeul) is created by Yoyi. His assertion is very unique and characteristic. This assertion is published serevel times at the editorial column of The Korea Daily News. Also it was presented at works of others', so to speak Hwang Hyeon, Kim Taegyeong, etc.
I make it clear to define who the first advocate of Yoyi as an creater of Hangeul in 1900s is. ‘Who' is correctly Shin Chae-ho. He worked at The Korea Daily News as the chief editor in 1900s. He wrote some editorials that Yoyi had created Hanguel. And he advocated the same opinion in his poetics, Cheonheedangsihwa. So Shin Chae-ho is the authentic author of Cheonheedangsihwa. But, the problem of the establishment of authentic author of Cheonheedangsihwa is not perfectly finished by this paper. There are still many unsettled matters which are concerned the contents of it, that is his literary style, thought, etc.
I will solve this problem in the next paper.
