본 硏究는 韓國在來鳥骨鷄의 效率的 選拔 및 育種計劃을 위한 經濟形質과 其他 改良 對象形質間의 遺傳相關 및 表現型 相關을 推定하고자 1987年 6月 18日부터 1989年 4月 6日까지 飼育되어 온 在來鳥骨鷄에 對한 資料를 分析하여 얻어진 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다.
1. 經濟形質과 體型間의 遺傳相關은 體重과 정강이 길이, 胸幅, 胸圍 및 脛骨長間에 各各 0.210~0.788, 0.321~0.826, 0.610~0.995 및 0.096~0.503으로 正의 係數이었고, 初産日齡과 정강이 길이, 胸幅, 胸圍 및 脛骨長間에 各各 0.555~0.626, 0.149~0.270, 0.370~0.445 및 0.014~0.124이었으며, 産卵數와 정강이 길이, 胸幅, 胸圍 및 脛骨長間에 各各 -0.460~-0.167, 0.162~0.320, 0.076~0.336 및 0.203~0.312이었고, 卵重과 정강이 길이, 胸幅, 胸圍 및 脛骨長間에는 各各 0.132~0.498, -0.236~0.410, 0148~0.755, 및 -0.019~0.593이었다.
2. 經濟形質과 卵構成分間의, 遺傳相關은 體重과 卵白重, 卵黃重 및 卵殼重間에 各各 0.083~0.591, 0.110~0.541 및 0.336~0.782로 正의 係數이었고, 初産日齡과 卵白重, 卵黃重 및 卵殼重間에는 各各 0.467~0.692, 0.265~0.631, 및 0.420~0.519이었으며, 産卵數와 卵白重, 卵黃重 및 卵殼重間에는 各各 -0.578~-0.240, -0.225~-0.060 및 -0.477~-0.313으로 낮은 負의 係數이었으며, 卵重과 卵白重, 卵黃重 및 卵殼重間에 各各 0.825~0.939, 0.382~0.564 및 0.374~0.937로 높은 正의 推定値이었다.
3. 經濟形質과 卵質間의 遺傳相關은 體重과 卵型指數, 卵殼두께, 卵白高 및 Haugh units간에 各各 0.125~0.367, 0.248~0.650, 0.161~0.624 및 0.157~0.499이었고, 産卵數와 卵型指數, 卵殼두께 卵白高 및 Haugh units間에는 各各 -0.384~-0.207, -0.557~-0.306, -0.555~-0.198 및 -0.582~0.074로 負의 係數이었으며, 卵重과 卵型指數, 卵殼重, 卵白高 및 Haugh units간에서는 各各 0.276~0.697, 0.290~0.627, 0.238~0.538 및 -0.207~0.020이었다.
4. 卵構成分과 卵質間의 遺傳相關에서 卵白重과 卵型指數, 卵殼두께, 卵白高 및 Haugh units간에는 各各 0.100~0.584, -0.380~-0.002, 0.239~0.887 및 -0.195~0.279이었고, 卵黃重과 卵型指數, 卵殼두께, 卵白高 및 Haugh units간에는 各各 -0.204~0.160, -0.294~0.133,-0.049~0.133 및 -0.196~-0.136이었고, 卵殼重과 卵型指數, 卵殼두께,卵白高 및 Haugh units간에는 各各 0.127~0.503, 0.127~0.476, 0.140~0.273 및 -0.172~0.223으로서 卵殼重과 Haugh units를 除外하고는 正의 相關係數이었다.
This study was conducted to estimated the genetic and phenotypic correlations between economic traits and certain other traits in Korean Native Ogol fowl. The data analysis were the record of 450 puIlets bred from 150 dams and 20 sires of Korean Native Ogol fowl at Chungnam National University from June 18. 1987 to April 6, 1989.
The results obtained are summarized as foIlows:
1. The genetic correlation coefficients of the economic traits and body shape components were as foIlows: between body weight and shank length, breast width, breast girth, tibia length were 0.210~0.788, 0.231~0.826, 0.610~0.995 and 0.096-0.503: between age at first egg and shank length, breast width, breast girth, tibia length were 0.555~0.626, 0.149~0.270, 0.370~0.445 and 0.014~0.124: between number of egg production and shank length. breast girth. tibia length were -0.446~-0.167, -0.162~-0.320, 0.076~0.336 and 0.203~0.312: between egg weight and shank length, breast width, breast girth, tibia length were 0.132-0. 498, 0.236~0.410, 0.148~0.775 and -0.019~0.593, respectively.
2. The genetic correlation coefficients of the economic traits and egg components were as follows: between body weight and albumen weight, yolk weight, sheIl weight were 0. 083~0.591, 0.110~0.541 and 0.336~0.782: between age at the first egg and albumen weight, yolk weight, sheIl weight were 0.476~0.692, 0.265~0.631 and 0.420~0.519: between number of egg production and albumen weight. yolk weight. shell weight were -0. 578~-0.240, -0.255~-0.060, -0.477~-0.313: between egg weight and albumen weight. yolk weight. shell weight were 0.825~0.939, 0.382~0.564, 0.374-0.937, respectively.
