The purpose of this study was to analysis on the spatial characteristics of the movable building and to research the applicable possibility of the movable building. The origin of the movable building is from the beginning residence. And also in the 1920's, due to mass migrations westward and the emergence of NEO - nomadic lifestyle traveling homes or mobile homes a main feature in the modern society. This led to development the movable building. The above situation can consider an opportunity the movable building which has mobility(transportability), lightweight, modularity, and flexibility.
Finally, today the application cases of the movable building are as follow; 1) The multi-purpose spaces, 2) The temporary housing for the refugees disastered, and for the North refugees after unification of North and South, 3) Huge spaces 4) The army camp and the industrialization housing
