The purpose of this paper is to analyze the distribution and characteristics of mixed-use dwellings in Seoul.
It shows that surroundings, the publicized land price and road condition are more important factors than others in the decision of the location of Mixed -use Dwellings.
Consequently, if location distribution character are fully considered and complaints of dwellers are dissolved when Mixed-use dwellings are constructed in new area, Mixed - use dwellings can be put good use as a better place of residence, and we can make the most of the site in the city if mixed use dwellings are constructed in consideration of location character.
