This study aimes to develop Geographic Information System for Pusan Urban Planning. For this GIS, only PC/AT or XT and printer were used and not anyother peripherals were required. This GIS had actually been used for subdivide the zoning of Pusan. At this paper some results of analysis on the zoning of Pusan and accessbility of the schools by this GIS were introduced.
And it was able to present an alternative of zoning in Pusan, but it's only the start of planning process and the final adjustment of zoning should be advanced with the consideration of many other variables. It was found that this GIS is useful for urban planning of Pusan. But being more powerful tool, some varibles such as lot numbers must be added.
