The Purpose of this study is to find the optimized solution for fixing up the problems of maximum height limited district as the controlled device for landscape management. To do so, we, firstly, presented the four devices that made up in combination with the adjustment of building elevation and developable density and selected three deteriorated residential areas aged over 30 years as a case study. And then to estimate the four devices are performed landscape simulation and feasibility analysis. The results of this study provide that the forth device is the best way for improving the deteriorated residential area and maintaining the original goals of maximum height limited district on condition that we keep the proper development density and urban infrastructure. This study shows a meaningful conclusion that present the new possible adjustment case for solving the civil appeal of the community to maximum height limited district with maintaining the local government's policy for landscape management.
