The purpose of this study is to analyze the cause of learningstagnation in grammar. Most of grammar learner are reluctant to learn grammar, and make poor achievement. The hearty dislike of learners in grammar is very serious phenomenon. This phenomenon is a clinching evidence which grammar teaching brings to bad effect.
In the qualitative approach, especailly phenomenological method, this study gathers data that high school learners write text about their grammar learning experience, and analyzes this data by Nvivo 7 which computer software specialized in qualitative approach.
The result of this study is summarized as below ;

Grammar learners are the core component of grammar teaching. If they should not participate in grammar teaching & learning successfully, grammar pedagogy loses the basic presupposition and base.
