This study suggests activation and marketing Strategies for Busan. If the boat with the yellow sail and tender are activated and make sports, it becomes a good opportunity which the pride of citizens is enhanced and also the beauty including the tradition can be revived to the citizens even now. Also, it must be developed as materials of Theme Tourist by which we can enjoy the famous places of our district together with the water activity sports like the boat with the yellow sail. Suyoung Yacht Field must be made as a center of Theme Tourist for Domestic & Foreign Tourists Kwanganri Beach should be taken into account for citizen Water Activity Sports as a Resort place. In addition, Haeundae Beach must be considered to be made as an other resort place or Foreigner Water Activity Sports. Songjung Beach should be developed as a resort of water Activity Sports for family and youth as well. The river of Nakdong must be brought up as a field of improving mind & body of Youth which is related to the Marine and the West Nakdong River as all kinds of amusement places for the district citizens. The marine tourist belt is connected to Kijang through the beach of Kwanganri, Haeundae, Songjung and Ilkwang. Merchandises related to every marine as Golfing, Horse Riding, Convention Center and Collection Zones of Marine Products must be belt together. In case of "Busan Sea Festivals", it gives about 260 hundred million won of incomes and benefits to the district economy. So, it is certified that the marine event of district has a significant value in the economical scope. Accordingly, it is necessary to consider and to plan the marine events more and more.
