The purpose of this study is to emphasize the importance of the marine leisure and sports which has the very big developmental potentiality in these days, and to suggest the tangible activating plan to make all the people positively to participate in the marine leisure and sports. So, the conclusion of the research result is as follows.
1. Conversion of the recognition about the marine
The understanding about the sea is deepened, and the advertisement and guide for seeking the supply of the activities in the marine leisure and sports are replenished, and various information related with the marine leisure and sports are provided.
2. Promotion of the marine leisure and sports facilities
In order to induce people to participate the marine leisure and sports, the construction of the public marina, training center, and marine sports center which are supervised by the local governmental organization should be firstly considered, and along with it the attraction of the civil capital should be actively promoted.
3. Development of the marine leisure and sports programs
It is fervently needed to make the development and supply of educational programs which can provide plenty of opportunities to contact the sea, and programs which are related with the various marine features that are adequate to the local characteristics.
4. Security of the safety in the marine leisure and sports activities
In order to safely enjoy the marine leisure and sports, it is needed to obtain the correct information on the weather condition, and to prevent the accident in the sea in advance, and to arrange the various policies and supports to establish the civil structure and System.
