The purpose of this study was about comparing and analysis of Isokinetic Strength such as Peak Torque, Total Work, Deficit H/Q Ratio. The subject of this study was comparing soccer athletes between Ⅰ group, 40 athletes(Middle School) and Ⅱ group, 40 athletes(High School).
The result of this study was also consisted of three parts:
1. Total Work was obtained the Middle School Soccer athletes 448.S±135.7(Right), 449.8±114(Left) at time 60°/sec. 1218.1±405.5(Right) 1190.4±345.8(Left) on 180°/sec.
High School Soccer athletes were obtained 815.4±167.8(Right), 852.1±156.3(Left).
180°/sec Total Work was measured 2090±392(Right), 2106.1±439.8(Left) in High School Soccer athletes. The Total Work between on the 60°/sec, 180°/sec was significant in the Middle and High School Soccer athletes.
2. Deficit was obtained the Middle School Soccer athletes -2.37±17.9(Extension)-3.40±12.7(Flexion)at time 60°/sec, -1.17±14.9(Extension)-9.07±27.5(Flexion)on 180°/sec.
High School Soccer athletes were obtained' -9.32±18.7(Extension), -9.20±23.9(Flexion)at time 60°/sec, 0.82±9.5(Extension) -6.60±20.3(Flexion) on 180°/sec. The Deficit between on the 60°/sec, 180°/sec was not significant in the Middle and High School Soccer athletes.
3. H/Q ratio was obtained the Middle School Soccer athletes 0.615±0.133(Right), 0.577±0.128(Left)at time 60°/sec, 0.747±0.172(Right)0.703±0.159(Left)on 180°/sec. High School Soccer athletes were obtained 0.645±0.136(Right), 0.614±0.009(Left)at time 60°/sec, 0.773±0.131(Right) 0.728±0.124(Left) on 180°/sec. The H/Q ratio between on the 60°/sec. 180°/sec was not significant in the Middle and High School Soccer athletes.
4. Isokinetic Peak Torque was obtained the Middle School Soccer athletes 106.6±26.6, 106.6±20.6(Extension)59.9±13.9, 64.7±15.1(Flexion) and High School athletes 185.7±17.3, 191.1±45.4(Extension)112.6±26.1, 119.1±21.8(Flexion) on 60°/sec. Also Isokinetic Peak Torque on 180°/sec was evaluated 67.8±17.3, 64.7±14.7(Extension)46.7±11.6, 49.3±11.0 (Flexion, Middle School) and 117.3±19.9, 116.2±22.1(Extension)84.9±18.4, 88.5±17.5(Flexion, High School) The Peak Torque between on the 60°/sec, 180°/sec was significant in the Middle and High School Soccer athletes.
From the result of middle school and high school athletes' peak torques and total work, there was a difference significantly, because there were two different parts such as: the point of view from the body like ages, height and weight, and the term of training. Even though we couldn't see that much about deficit and H/Q ratio significantly, we should develop performance through either injury history or rehabilitation training. Therefore, if coaches or staffs choose the way of training like above description, then there will be the development of performance on youth soccer athletes.
