The purpose of this study is to compare and analysis blood pressure, heart rate, blood lipid for hypertensive and normal women during trealmill exercise; rest condition, exercise condition(Walking 5min, Jogging 5min, Running 5min), recover condition(5min, 20min) are to give basic information to make most efficient and safe exercise program for hypertensive women.
Results of the study were as the following.
1. There was the significant difference blood pressure between groups and periods. And there was the significant difference in interaction between groups and periods.
2. There wasn't any significant difference in heart rate between groups, while there was the significant difference in periods. And there wasn't any significant difference in interaction between groups and periods.
3. There was the significant difference in TC, LDL-C, TC'/HDL-C ratio, TG concentration between groups and periods, And there wasn't any significant difference in interaction between groups and periods.
4. There wasn't any significant difference in HDL-C, FFA concentration between groups, while there was the significant difference in periods. And there wasn't any significant difference in interaction between groups and periods.
Fran the above results, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, blood lipid excluding diastolic blood pressure, were similar pattern in normal and hypertensive groups.
In changing heart rate, they should not make exercise program for hypertensive women with only heart rate, because there wasn't significant difference between normal and hypertensive groups.
