This paper tries to explain the consciousness of space Bak, yong-rae and ultimately aims related with the personal symbols, concerning with the images of 'snow', 'water' and 'bird' starting with the viewpoint that poems will essentially expresses the consciousness of the poet. To summarize, it follows that simplicity.
First, the poem Bak, yong-rae 'snow', motif of the time and space by the poetic imagination of the structure of dual confrontation. His poem consist of blurring the limits between the celestial world and the ground, the vertical and horizontal structure, descent rising structure, and ground through the dynamic interaction of his poems by the property of snow that is, 'snowfall'.
Second, Bak, yong-rae's poetic space based on the imagination of 'water' reveals the lack of recognition within the reproduction, free of desires, the inner self and to create a seamlessly integrated into the grounds within the recognition with demonstration. This recognition with demonstration is an extension of the space itself and evokes the attitude of joining the nature, reality, and human at the same time.
Thirdly, the object was 'bird' that Bak, yong-rae reveals the desire for freedom. The consciousness of existent loneliness is revealed by the 'bird' as a mediator. The orderly nature of the ego, is being incorporated into space to solve the case, and if orphaned, and even spread through space and freedom of expression reveals a variety of orientation.
Bak, yong-rae style of perceiving the unconsciousness through space has width and depth joining the surface and the deep structure of the reality at the same time in that it is the spouting of the power toward a new life and a new world, not the escape or the regression from the reality. In other words, his poetic space is based on the expression of the personal emotion, but when is expressed as a whole, it is the sign of external response against the outer world.
