This study addresses issues of private service delivery systems, particularly of privates’ complementary role for social welfare service delivery systems.
Social Welfare organs and facilities are now in charge of social welfare service delivery systems.
When Social welfare delivery system cannot be operated, it can be a great danger to the resource allocation and client’s rehabilitation.
So the aim of this article is to provide a desirable private social welfare delivery systems by analysis of the present conditions and problems of private service delivery systems.
Finally, the purpose of this study is to relate the better plan of social welfare service through the understanding of private welfare service delivery systems’ effectiveness and efficiency problem
