This study attempts to explore the career related individual differences by applying Bandura's self efficacy theory to career choice of entrepreneurial intention. To achieve this purpose, we used a research design for entrepreneurial intention that involves career orientations, and career decision making self- efficacy among Korean and Chinese college students in Korea. So far there has been some evidence of the relationship between personality and entrepreneurial intention. But not much evidence of the career self efficacy expectation in explaining the relationship the career orientation and entrepreneurial intention. By making use of confirmatory factor analysis, and regression analysis, we could argue that career orientation significantly relates to entrepreneurial intention career, and career decision self efficacy partially moderates the relationship between career orientation and entrepreneurial intention. Thus, this research contributes to expanding the area of career choice among college students in entrepreneurship for both Korean and Chinese students in Korea by expanding theoretical development in management education and practical application of "career decision making self -efficacy" to the development of entrepreneurship among college students.
