Neighborhood parks are the local residents’ physical, mental, and emotional health recreation area, and are installed and improved for this purpose. However, recently, due to crimes that occur in nearby parks i.e. juvenile and violent crimes, theft, sexual threats, including various types of social problems, people do not actively use the neighborhood parks. Study analyses have shown that security facilities for crime prevention in these neighboring parks are insufficient. Therefore, environmental design research for crime prevention in these parks is essential. General and specific guidelines or check lists should be implemented in order to improve the crime problems in the neighborhood parks. In view of this, the following alternative should be considered for the convenience and physical safety of the neighborhood citizens. First, Neighborhood parks is required that the environmental design techniques presented in detail for Visibility scure .and Strengthening the Natural surveillance and Natural Access Control and alternative is needed to prevent crime. Second, Neighborhood park spaces create hierarchy to identify problems of environmental design. Also the facilities of the park in the region by the segmentation result of the cooperation between the area of facilities issues and more specifically in the environmental design techniques have been derived. This research, the problems of the current design of the park, identify and analyze the neighborhood crime prevention through environmental design techniques and specific techniques for the systematic cleanup of the proposal. The Crime prevention environment of the park as the basis for design is expected to be useful.
