An airport has broadest scope of influence between similar biggest transportation facilities like railway station or bus terminal. So the airport need various and convenient transport links to get much transportation demand. However, regional airports has road which is high spending and not eco-friendly as main transportation link. It is not helpful to enhance the utilization of the airport. But airport railway has many advantage. Especially it has punctuality, so the railway is useful for airport link. It need low energy consuming and low production of greenhouse gases. Nevertheless the railway was had prejudice of high cost to build it and uncomfortable transfer. But the railway network for the airport can be built with low cost by minimum leading line to airports, low cost railway like dual mode tram, one-car diesel vehicles using parts of existing bus vehicles. In this paper, various railway connecting method for regional airport was proposed in viewpoint of truck line, wide area metropolitan and urban railways. In conclusion, building low cost and effective railway link system, creating railway focusing national transportation network and regional airports vitalization can be realized.
